How do I teach blue mage some monsters abilities?, I don't know how to do.

It's kind of odd how Blue Mages work.
Once you Master the Support ability "Learning" When your Blue mage is in Battle, and a monster uses a select technique on your Blue Mage, He has a chance to learn it.
It's not a 100% chance, but sometimes you'll get unlucky.
