How do you get an alchemist? And also, how do you get Zodiac ore?

To get Zodiac Ore, you need to complete the Dig! Dig! Dig! mission. It rarely comes up, so check the pub everytime your in a town.
Alchemist you need some white mage and some other abilities, to get the real amount, when you get into a battle with a alchemist, click on him, press select, and press x when the arrow is at the title "alchemist", it should tell you the amout of skills and what jobs.
