Right, first go on to the status of the unit in battle,the enemys(on your turn press B and put the marker on him and press A) press select and a yellow arrow should show up, press A and the job requiments will be in a box.
BUT say if you wanted a juggler which is a moogle and to get it you need a thief with two abilitys it would have to be a moogle thief not a human.Once you have done what you need to master go on change jobs and it will be there!!!!!!!!!!

Try to pick moves which only need 100 experience to master
Well here is how to get easy AP
1. Go to the pub and go rescue mission and complete it.
2. Wait until it's under attack, and do the mission.
After the battle you just got 80 AP!
