How can you complete the mission Pale Company (one with a totoma)?

That one took me a while, but i eventually got it. Try and get characters that have jobs such as sniper, fighter, dragoon, gladiator, sage, alchemist or other experienced jobs. Try to get your people as leveled up as possible. If it is at all possible, get an assasin so you can kill the dragons in one try. Then, focus all your attacks on Adrammelech. He will eventually die.
Get out Marche, Montblanc and some Bangaa and archers. Focus all attacks from Marche and Montblanc on Adrammalech and one archer (Mine is Francheska, she's my second strongest) get the rest of the Bangaa and archers to attack the dragons. Make sure ALL of your characters can use items. Oh yeah, and buy A LOT of Pheonix Down....
