You go down all the way to the bottom floor(floor 5). There will be gaurds everywhere. DON'T BATTLE THEM. It is a waste of time. Just keep going around them, I'm pretty sure you go down a ways, then left a little ways, and up. Then you should be in the middle of the floor where the engine room is.
