Hmmmm, it seems you made a spelling mistake. Go correct it and I will tell you because I don't know who Artos is and I beat the game.
First of all its not Artos it's Astos.
After you beat him and got the crystal eye bring it back the the witch in a cave that got her stolen, she will then give you a bolt potion which you bring to the elven prince.....
