You have to keep winning battles to raise your reputation and once you reach a certain level,you are asked if you want to go onto normal mode and you just say yes.

Actually I believe you need to win 5 times in a row on easy in order to switc

I did not say yes before how to go to normal yourself because nobody has asked since then
