Level 21

If have won Level 20 on high many times for Dr. Mario on Gameboy Advance. It will never go on to Level 21. It did it ONCE! I don't know why. Instead, after winning Level 20, it shows me the little movie of the space ship, and then the credits run with all the game creators' names. Is something wrong with my game? Or is there a trick to get it to go to Level 21?

P.S. My original Gameboy did go on to Level 21, and 22, etc.
