There is a village just below Vinnie's house. If you talk to the people a bit of the song Eyes of the Lion will pop up. In that fragment there is a color. Talk to everyone and memorize the colors. Then hit those switches in the cave. Then the door should open.

The same colors as the three characters you have. Blue is for vegeta , green is for piccolo , black is for gohan.
