How do you get the 4 star dragonball in east district 439?

Its somewhere in the castal I think.

You break vegetas barier and all the way to the north there will be Another one of Goku's baiiers Then there will be a lake with Lion statues go all the way to the north then when when you get to a little hall way enter it and you should be able to go north west or east go to ethier the east or west [I recemend west because there is a save point there] there should be genorators push a to turn them from red to green then you sholud see three other statues You should push those three from red to green also. When all three lion heads that you see after you activate the two generators are al green the Lake should have dried out and you can go to a little building that was in the lake but now open o.k.
