How do you go Super Sayian hyper mode?

If you mean Super Saiyan Rage then you can only activate that when you're in the final battle with Cell.
First you go supersayian then you hold down the a button until you are not a supersayian then you hold it a little more and let go. Then switch the carecter you want to be.
When you need to beet cell(perfict) at the cell games place.
It would be "super saiyen RAGE " mode , and only when your fighting cell you use it.
You only get that when you are fighting Cell with Gohan in the Cell Games.There will be a cutscene and after that a little box will come up saying "You are now using Super Sayian Hyper Mode."It only works until that last cutscene or until you beat Cell where you are you supposed to.
