Just use your powers on him until you are out of it. If you have supersayan right now use that instead and keep punching him, don't let up other wise he will begin to hit you. Best way to do this is to keep punching him while bouncing him off walls, that way you can punch him more often and get him trapped at the same time.
Turn super saiin if you have it then go behind a rock when he coume go to the right alittle and keep punching him and you win
