Not really, the only way is to do a super move.You will see them in super saiyan for a short moment.

There is. Heres the combos for goku(he's the only 1 I know)
Weak kamehame wave-down,right,down,right,down,right,b
Strong kamehame wave-down,right,down,right,down,right,L
Idk anyone elses but I figured out those. Hope it helps.
