Why did i can't use special move? even though I've pressed R, A, and B at the same time.

You have to hold down the R button down and don't let go then press the A and B button at the same time and remember don't let go of the R button.

Make sure you have enough energy. Usually you need 50% or up to perform it. Here's an extra tip: While playing as normal Goku with 100% energy fly as high as possible and then do a special move to perform a spirit bomb!
I'm doing all you said, but still I can't use the special skills... Even though I've been pressing the 3 buttons :s
Try do crackfix 1.1.1 or download the ViTaLiTy version. It worked here.
