As far as I know the old boot is completely and in everyway usseless. It is just a side thing the game put in for fun but it's really annoying isnt it? This is all I got to say about the boots so see y'all later with more games.
U go to korin after you beat buu and will say that he loves boots. He will then give you 3 senzu beans for each shoe
He did not say that to me all he says is that did you bring any fish
