Does a game shark code or action replay can allow to teleport somewhere else?

Probably a game problem so you can't break it down, you'll have to start a new game.
You have to be the same character as the one you went in with otherwise it wont work
Be trunks or goten and do the fusion near the door and you teleport sry if you already started a new game
