Why isn't Goten past the lvl 65 gate?
I'm in the World Tournament saga. Playing as Gohan, I have broken down the lvl 65 gate in the forest east of the house in East District 439. However, in complete contradiction with every walkthrough I have found, Goten is not past that gate, and all my searches for this problem have been completely fruitless.[spoiler=Screenshot of the area in question]

I had to go and talk to Goten and Chichi during that part. Once Chichi gives Gohan permission to train then talk to Goten, who will offer to be your training partner. Gohan should agree and tell him to meet in the woods. After that you should find Goten there waiting for you.
