You can use it if you don't go to that certain place press select and you can now use the scouter
I don't find it. I took tht from bulma but I just can't use it. I press select button but it is not there. What to do
2015..Well, just press Select, then L, and A to confirm, now move the cursor to the people to choose them and you will see their life and power points, and some information about.
