It is hidden!!!! Go to the first room where you save the game!!! In one of the drums it is kept! Just break it and you ll get the switch!!! Enjoy

That's very easy you're using a bad rom , but you should restart your game from the beginning using an other rom try to download a rom called "dbz buu's fury (us)" it will work fine trust me I try it before but remember you should not forget to change in save type in the emulator from automatic to eeprom to be able to enter the grand kai tournament , enjoy

If your playing on the rom, change save type to reprimanded and the switch will be there in all rooms.
