Every time I use cheats and go to the "Inventory" section, the game shuts down, can anyone please give me cheats that won't make my game shut down? Preferably ones that work for all characters like an infinite hp code for all characters?

I don't have exactly this dode that you want but you might use the codes in:
http://www.supercheats.com/gameboyadvance/dragonballzbuusfurycodes.htm
Use both the infinite and max HP/EP codes. The issue is with the 9999 hp/ep. Another work around is disabling the cheats. Then lowering hp and ep to less than the max capacity
