u have to leave the area collect all the dragon balls then come back while wearing a bandanna and go where u got the dragon ball there will be a guy with green hair gaurding it wear the bandanna and talk to him he will let u in the house. there is a lot of awesome items get turkey dinosaur tail hercule ade elixer and super elixer make sure u have a lot of money or items to sell give them all to the lighthouse guy and he will give you a lot of hercule exhibits then he will say that he has nothing else to offer and u can leave.
