What you need to do is find alot of airships wid bandits kill them and some will drop bandanas.

Ps:even you only need one get alot bcuz you will need them get alot of them then go to the ninja forest place give him as many bandanas as you have he will give you tons of hurcule exibits

Go fight some Bandits on Airships. They drop them very commonly there.

To get the bandanna you should find a stolen plane Withe enemies then you will get it

When you are flying around the map, sometimes you will run into an airship. If this happens, you will end up on the airship and typically have to battle bandits. These bandits have a chance of dropping a bandana upon death.

Dude easy keep on going into the world map and go onto the stolen ships and planes beet the bandits (orange) and the'll drop bandanas. Hope I helped.

In the chapter dragon balls,or before that, the highest chance of getting a bandanna is to go in stolen airships and rogue ship. Other than that you can get a bandanna anywhere,but the chances are really low. Just keep moving in the world map and shall find a handful of ships and airplanes.
