I want to buy this game but first I need to know if this game is the same like dbz buu's fury like when you walk around and stuff and you have to defeat buu is it like that please tell me cause if it's like dbz taiketsu when you just fight in the tornament I'm not buying it thanks buy.

No, this game is not like Buu's Fury, it follows the storyline for the GT Series, and it's not like Buu's Fury because you don't move around, you only move in two directions, LEFT and RIGHT. It's not like the Taiketsu game, you get to do a little more than just fight a tournamet.
