Is this game combined or is it seperate?.. Because I want to buy it but I'm worried that the game is combined.

It is combined.
But my Dragon ball games is separated bec. When i'm buying that combined games it cannot saves games sometimes. My opinion is buy a seperated game..
It is combined but when you turn on the game it will ask you which game you want to play and it will treat it like to separate games. The main startup selection determines what form to open so it is two games in one cartridge.
