The lost world is in a volcano but you can't go in it untill you beat the game with all the banana birds the first time and you'll go though some things and then you'll see the volcano go up just for you to know it's in the middle of the rocks like where the waterfall is at.

The lost world is a volcano in the middle of the water.To get there you have to beat the game and then ride around the 4 rocks until the volcano comes up.

First of all the people here are lying. I didnt beat the games and yet I went to the lost world anyway all you do is get a boat go up the waterfall to the right and circle around the rocks. Now you need 80 bonus coins but don't worry all you do is enter the cheat aqua in the cheat menu and you will get them.
