Question for Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow

Can anybody tell me an easy way of getting the sky fish?
I havent even "found" one let alone got the soul for it

OK HERES WHAT YOU NEED TO DO. FIRST YOU NEED THE CHRONOMAGE(STOP TIME) SOUL. THEN GO TO THE UNDERGROUND RESIVOIR. THE SKY FISH IS THE LITTLE SHOOTING STAR THING THAT GOES ACROSS THE ROOM. COUNT THE SECONDS THAT GO BY UNTIL THE FLASH COMES. YOU WANT TO STOP TIME RIGHT WHEN THE FLASH APPEARS. IF YOU DO IT RIGHT, THE FLASH WILL TURN INTO A CLOTH LOOKING THING. CHASE IT AND KILL IT. REPEAT THIS UNTIL YOU GET THE SOUL.
