Question for Breath of Fire II

I am stuck in the womans stomach in tunaln and it's harder the find the monsters and fatties, I am really stuck and want to get the therapy pillow.

From what I read, you can't find the restof the monsters, if this is the question, you must search around the body, when you think there are no more monsters in that room, press select and if the monster in top left corner is sleeping. All the monsters there are gone. continue this for all the rooms

Just fight all the monster.(really) Soon,you will out and get the therapy pillow.
