Why can't I pick the owl fruit? I beat the boss, but everytime I try picking the Owl Fruit, it just says "The Owl Fruit is in Bloom." Nothing happens.

Leave the area and come back. If that dose not work restart the game.
If you can't pick it up it might mean you got the right one (the second from left to right if I remember) so you wont pick the owl fruit because you didnt night to do that fight, so just warp to tunlan with jean and into the circus to claim spar by force(3rd option "i´ll five you nothing!!). And prepare for the boss fight.
