do his tuturial and then talk to him again
he will say something about spare parts and then he will give the part to u

Some advice. Before going to a challenge, save where you can then challenge anyone. On that case if you lose you can turn it off then on.

I got it in the beginning of the game. I was foraging for stuff in the forest behind the park. The track and baseball field area. U get it easily if you look every. DO NOT LOSE. Seriously I lost my beyblade and it's gone forever trying to see if I can get another somewhere.
