The answer to your qns is simple. Know where the part shop is? It is located that. Just go into the shop ,choose buy parts, go to body ,and you will find it there .thank you
But you have to beat three bdaplayers at the b-center in cowtoon first gramps then eyescar and last lady(yes her name is lady after that go to the shop and it will be there and othere parts to gramps will trade cobalt R shoulder for it
