Catching Latias without a Masterball

Catch a Sableye in Sky Pillar (best to catch one on the top floor at L56). Give it as many Carbos as possible. Make sure it knows Mean Look before confronting Latias. Save when you're at the same route as Latias, in case you kill her. When the battle begins, use Mean Look. Latias' attacks should be Water Sport, Refresh, Mist Ball, and Psychic. Her two harmful attacks won't have any affect on Sableye. Lessen Latias' health, throw a few Ultra or Timer Balls, and Latias will be yours!
