Dont hit me for saying this, but just use a master ball people. If you are going to save it for somebody else, then have a shell bell, sceptile, and false swipe. Weather combo moves wont work on him and he know fly, extremespeed(a super quick attack) outrage, and I forget his 4th move. Think it's hyper beam. But anyways, you can't get him til you have beaten the elite 4 and go through the mach bike puzzles. Go to dewford cave for practice on this. Happy rayquazaing!!!!!
