Latios, Latias- Enigmatic way to capture them!

Need those two Eon Pokemon, Latios and Latias? Boy, this sure will be a tough way to do it if you don't have what you need! If you don't have at least a single shiny Pokemon, then this will be hard to accomplish!

I don't know if this will work, but since I don't have any shinies yet, I thought I might get YOU to try it out for me, to see if it really works.

You know how you can't really escape battles when your enemy is a shiny Pokemon? Yeah, well, Put your shiny in the first slot of your party and encounter Latios or Latias. If you can't run away from opposing shinies, then lets just see if Latios or Latias can escape your shiny! I don't think that they will run away, as long as your shiny remains in battle. Be sure it's on a decent level with decent moves.
