You have to use Pokeblocks based on it`s beauty and gewt iet very high then the next level it goes up it will evolve into Milotic!

Snorunt.Shoal Cave.You can only find it in the icy cave and it has to be LOW TIDE.That Pokemon then evolves into Glalie at Level 42!

I also heard the theory that you can catch Red Lugia. Can someone tell me if it`s possible to get Deoxy?How do you get the Eon ticket?
