Hints and tip for Pokemon Ruby

Catch a really low level skitty{7 or so } then catch another skitty thats the opposite gender and level the male one up to around the 20's or until it wants to learn assist. Let it learn assist and breed it with the other skitty {doesn't matter what the female one knows breed it then hatch the egg.{i recommend teaching the male some good moves first {shadow ball solarbeam something like that so you don't have to use a bunch of tm's on a baby pokemon.. Raise the baby to the same level as it's parents you should notice that the baby's stats are higher than the adults {proving the fact the Pokemon grow stronger when you raise them from low levels they are more powerful than if you just went and caught something level 40}
