There is a way to get a Poke'mon to full stat potential.

1. get the Macho Brace from the Winstrate family (house right above Mauville City)

2. get a level 5 or lower Poke' mon (through breeding or other methods)

legendary Poke'mon just caught can also go through this training

3. Attach Macho Brace to that Poke'mon

4.train Poke'mon on Route 101 ( between Littleroot town and Oldale Town)

5. train to desired level (though training to Level 100 would show best

results)

Do not train any where else or you will spoil the great stats (until

level 100, in which case you can destroy The Elite Four ) and the stats

will greatly improve over a long time

The Principle of this training is the number of Poke'mon battles the Poke'mon battles the Poke'mon has been through (BP) is directly related to how many stat points the Poke'mon gets every time it levels up ( which means the more BP, the more stat points). the Macho Brace

is supplementary to the training because it also improves stats or " Promotes Growth ".

This is not for the impatient trainer, only those who want the best stats and are devoted to get them will achieve them by this training.
