If you ever want a Pokemon to learn abilities like 'All Terrain Hiker' or 'Super Mobile', follow these steps:

Step 1: You must beat the game.

Step 2: Go to Mt. Blaze, Mt. Thunder, or the Frosty Forest, and try to recruit one of the three legendary birds. Zapdos is the easiest because he is at the lowest level of the three.

Step 3: Talk to Wishcash and then to Lombre. You will unlock the Stormy Sea and Solar Cave Dungeons.

Step 4: Go to the Solar Cave Dungeon with a pair of X-Ray specs equipped to your leader. Go straight for items and then for the stairs. Find keys, which are more populous on the last few floors.

Step 5: Keep trying rescue jobs that reward you with a friend area until you have unlocked the Dragon Cave Friend Area. This will unlock the Wyvern Hill Dungeon.

Step 6: Go to the Wyvern Hill Dungeon with one key, or two if you want the sun scarf for evolving Eevee into Espeon. When you reach the 30th floor, find a room with a large amount of rock and a key-hole on the southern side. Use the key while pointed directly at the hole. When it opens, snag the TM fly and leave the dungeon.

Step 7: Teach fly to the legendary bird you recruited.

Step 8: Go to the Sky Tower Dungeon with 2 huge apples and one escape orb. Make sure to have a pair of X-Ray specs equpped to the legendary bird.

Step 9: Grab anything that you see, then slowly trade up until you have only gummis, and maybe some good hold items or gold ribbons.

Step 10: Feed all of the gummis to the Pokemon that you want to learn the 'All Terrain Hiker' or 'Super Mobile' skill.

Step 11: Feel free to walk around with no boundaries next time you enter the dungeon.
