Gummi info hints and tips for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team

Gummi info

Gummis are the basis for raising the IQ of any pokemon. Depending of the different types, different gummis are better for different pokemon. Here is a briefing of what types are better or worse. (color refers to color of gummi). Remember, all gummis are positive, they just have higher effects on certain pokemon.

Fire type pokemon: loves red; likes blue, brown, gray;deals with black, gold, orange, pink, purple, royal, sky, white, yellow; doesn't dislike clear, grass, green, silver

Normal type pokemon: loves white; likes orange; deals with black, blue, brown, clear, gold, grass, gray, green, pink, red, royal, silver, sky, yellow; dislikes purple

Water type pokemon: loves blue; likes grass, yellow; deals with black, brown, gold, gray, green, orange, pink, purple, royal, silver, sky, white; doesn't dislike clear, red, silver

Grass types: loves grass; likes clear, green, pink, red, sky; deals with black, gold, gray, orange, purple, royal, silver, white; doesn't dislike blue, brown, yellow

Before I go into anymore detail about these, I'm going to make it alot simpler for me and you. If you have an electric type Pokemon in any other Pokemon game like Ruby, Emerald, FireRed, etc., you know that they are weak against ground type attacks. In this game, Brown gummis are best liked by ground types. If an attack of that type of gummi is super-effective to the Pokemon that you are giving it too, then it will like the gummi a bit more than normal. Here are examples of all of the relationships through gummi.

Brown gummi=ground type, ground type is super effective against electric, so electric Pokemon like it. Any gummi that says, "... Likes it best" then that type will be largely affected by that gummi.

Water attack=blue gummi, water attack is not very effective against grass, so grass Pokemon don't like it as much. electric attack=yellow gummi, electric attack isn't effective at all against ground, so ground Pokemon dislike it.

Anything else is just normal.
