If you have already evolved Eevee into something than just breed that with ditto then train up Eevee to about level 70 it is not as hard as you think I have done it I suggest you teach it Iron tail, hyper beam, return/frustration, bite/ quick attack
But it is up to you. You can evolve it into any 3 of it evolutions I suggest Vaporeon or, if you know how you can evolve it into umbreon or espeon.
