You know the guy above pallet town that gives you a potion.wellget the potion then put it on a pokemontrade that Pokemon to a firered or leafgreen restart and repeat the prosses.then trade them all backto the game.now de-attach the potions. You will have a lot of potions now.(good for the first and second gym)
