If like me you have chosen Bulbasaur at the beginning of the game then this will be quite an easy fight.

Lightning does not affect Bulbasuar/Ivysaur/Venusaur (depends on how much you've leveled it up).

The hardest pok�mon to beat is Raichu.

Use your best attacks on it like Razor Leaf and Vine Whip but watch out when Lt.Serge heals it with a super potion.

It also wouldn't hurt to put it to sleep.

Just don't use bird or ground pok�mon.
