A quicker and easier way to get a Dragon Scale. All you have to do is go to Six Island after you get the rainbow ticket from Cielo. Then go to water path go straight down then before you go up the steps to the hiker surk straight down and then there is a pokeball geuss whats in it! A dragon Scale!
