Go to Island One and to where the Karate guys, sister and karate girl( she runs up along the shore)are near the ember spa. Use the VS seeker as you come out of the spas when you run into the karate guys. This greatly increase your pokemon's attack and defense stat, it's also easy money if you have a flying type and the amulet coin. Good Experience too!! X)
