Ok first you need a gameshark or action replay then put one Pokemon in the daycare on four island, then save and turn off. Now choose quick lvl gain in daycare and run around for a while, then the man will say that you have a egg (note) it is not the bad egg. Now run around until the egg hatches and now you have a ?????????? At lvl 0.
