To get Lugia or ho-oh you need two wireless adapters, two gameboy advances, and a fire red and leaf green game ( or you could have two of fire red or two of leaf green) go into any pokemart. At the desk you will see a piece of paper. Fill in link together with all. The man at the desk will have a ! Over his head and he will say something. When he is done save your game and turn it off. Now turn the game back on with the wireless adapters, you will now have mystery gift. Go to mystery gift go to mystery newsletter, then go and choose mystery newsletter again. Now exit mystery gift and continue. Now go to any Pokemon center. Go upstairs to the first counter. There you will see a green man. Talk to him and he will give you the mystery ticket. Go to the ferry in vermillion and. This time you will see only two choices, sevii islands or naval island. Choose naval island. There will be no wild Pokemon when you get there, keep going striaght until you see two turns. Go right or left. Right is Lugia, left is ho-oh. It worked for me but it didn't work for my friend, so results may vary
