When you are using the All TM/HM code, as soon as you turn your game on, go to your bag and turn your Action Replay off. Now you have all the TM and HMs and you can put the TMs in the PC and use the Empty PC cheat (31CFD348 30C31B90) to have only the HM's. I don't know how to get rid of those, but if I find a way I'll post it.
