First you defeat the elite 4. (no brainer). Fly to oldale town and sail on the right. Walk into altering cave. It is said that different Pokemon appear here if you have a gold trainer card but i'll stick to what I know. I do know that the cave music is unlike the music in all the other caves. The music was first used in the very first versions of Pokemon (red and blue). By the looks of things the producers were getting a bit nostalgic.
