Ok, this is what you have to do, first go to the weather station (near fortree) and go inside. Try to dodge all the aqua goons. Once you get to the top floor dodge all the aqua goons again and you know where the girl lbocks your way to get to the weather man well this is where walk through wals comes in handy. Walk through the wall where the weather guy is and talk to him, he will give you the castform. Now if you want a second one just beat the girl and then the guy will come up to you and give you another one.
