To get to sky pillar to find Rayquaza and stop grouden and kyogre fighting you must go to pacifidlog town. After that, use surf to surf to the top right corner. Keep going left you see a little passage way. Go through that pasage way until you hit a cave. Go in that cave and pass the maze. After that you will see rayquaza. Talk to it and it will fly away. When it flies away go to sootopalis city. Rayquaza will appear from the clouds and grouden and kyogre will run away.
