This is a funny little cheat I had discovered. When you enter Sootipulis(sp) city and see Kyogre and Groudon fighting in the water, use the Walk Through Walls cheat. Don't surf over to Steve. Use the cheat, and walk behind him and the other guy standing there. Note: You can't get behind them without the cheat, or talking to Steve. DO NOT TALK TO STEVE! Make sure you are behind him and the guy. Talk to Steve, and he'll say all the stuff about Wallace. When he starts taking you, he'll walk into the Ocean, and so will you. Here is where the fun begins. Watch when you walk. You two should be near Kyogre and Groudon. He'll say enter the cave, but instead of going in the cave, you'll walk into Kyogre's side, and be in the cave.
